Outpatient Care
  • Orthopaedic outpatient clinics have a general reception system ( Appointment not required ) and some by appointment.
*At the time of medical examination, the doctor directly confirms with the patient and decides the reservation date, but it is limited to "when the medical examination of the designated day is absolutely necessary for medication or injection" or "treatment of elderly people".
** Please note that this does not guarantee a doctor's examination on a strict schedule, as it depends on the outpatient situation.
(Dentistry and Oral Surgery is by appointment only -reservation is required.)
If the doctor of your choice is not on duty on the examination date, another doctor will examine you.
  • Please submit your referral letter and/or X-ray film etc., from other medical institutions at the reception desk.
  • Please be aware that if you arrive after your appointed time, your turn will be delayed.
  • When you come here as revisit patients will be accepted at the automated reception machine using a patient ID card.
  • If you have lost your patient ID card, please contact the receptionist. (a 100 yen reissue fee applies)
  • At the beginning of each month, we check the insurance card at the reception.
  • The confirmation will be made after the reception on the automated reception machine, so please come to the reception desk when you are called.
  • Please contact the receptionist if ① If your insurance card, name, address, telephone number etc. has been changed, ②If you need to wait elsewhere. or ③ If your symptoms have changed since your previous visit.
  • If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the reception.
